Trustees award fire-alarm contracts at Rockwall Heath High and Shannon Elementary

Both contracts were described as funded from the 2015 bond authorization and trustees approved the awards and authorized the senior chief finance officer to execute agreements amended by legal counsel.
District staff told trustees the higher contingency at the high school reflected the larger scope and potential unforeseen conditions. Trustees approved both items by motion in open session.
