Colin Potter, representing Kwik Trip Corporation, told council the company recently went under contract for the property listed for annexation/platting and requested additional time to complete survey and predevelopment steps. "We're excited to come to Rosenberg," Potter said, and asked that the annexation item be postponed to allow more time for review.
Council agreed to postpone the annexation/ordinance item and the staff recorded the request so the applicant may return at a later date with complete materials; no final action on annexation occurred at this meeting.
