Commission approves Green Tree North replat to allow building permits

The applicant attended but declined to make a presentation. Commissioner Barry moved to approve and Commissioner Hunter seconded; the motion passed 7–0. The commission closed the public hearing and approved the plat subject to the conditions presented by staff; no further public testimony was recorded.
