County approves Seward County 4‑H livestock barn memorandum of understanding after youth presentations

Commissioners voted 5‑0 to approve the Seward County 4‑H Livestock Barn memorandum of understanding and allow the chair to sign. County staff noted the redlined edition of the MOU had been reviewed by legal counsel and that the change had been provided to commissioners in advance. The approval followed a brief compliment from a commissioner praising the youth speakers' courage in addressing the board.
