Resident says surveying crew placed stakes on property without permission; asks county to clarify responsibility

She referenced statute "472.029" that she said constrains registrants from destroying, injuring or moving improvements without written permission and offered to provide photos and deeds to staff. County commissioners and staff agreed to follow up and asked Jennifer to provide evidence by email or other means so they could investigate the claim.
