Chris Iverson, representing Falcon Foster, told the board the facility is a “5 g standard tower” that “meets all the regulations, the RF admission, and so forth,” and said the proposed tower would be about “2,100 feet from the property line,” satisfying county setback requirements. Staff noted wetlands on the parcel but did not oppose the conditional use, and the board member presiding over the item moved to approve “without objection.”
The approval concluded without further conditions recorded on the public transcript. The applicant thanked the board after the motion passed.
