Council approves easement vacation for nonprofit headquarters; applicant says new North Las Vegas hub will host STEM and hydroponics programs

Byrne told the council, “We will have a community garden, hydroponics laboratory, STEM classroom,” and said the nonprofit’s programs reach schools across the valley: “We’re in 250 CCSD schools... in 400 schools across Nevada.” Council members asked about the use and construction timeline and voiced support; a council motion to approve the vacation passed on a voice vote.
