Council did not record a construction contractor or schedule beyond “most likely next year.” The mayor also discussed related sidewalk-repair enforcement: the zoning inspector requested council move forward with repairs at 131 Harris Street and 210 Prospect Street and to place an assessment on property taxes to recover costs; the village solicitor will be asked to outline the legal steps required.
