Lindsay Hall reviewed the HCI materials (memo dated Dec. 16, 2025, from Dr. Hulya Arik and Dr. Dhathri Chunduru) and noted the index decline. A motion to approve the 2026 HCI was made by Micheal Miller, seconded by Eva Romero, and carried. The assessment and index materials are included in the board packet.
