The Tennessee Housing Development Agency Board voted unanimously to approve updates to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Administrative Plan and separately authorized issuance of a competitive Request for Proposals to award approximately 150 project-based vouchers in Davidson County.
Christy Hollingsworth, Assistant Director of Field Operations in the Rental Assistance Division, presented the HCV Administrative Plan update (memo dated Jan. 12, 2026). The plan update passed on a motion by Maeghan Jones and a second by Micheal Miller via unanimous roll call of all board members present. Hollingsworth also presented the Project‑Based Voucher request for Davidson County and associated memo; the authorization to issue the RFP and award about 150 vouchers was approved on a motion by Stephen Dixon with a second by Micheal Miller.
