Dan Feinstein, senior planner, presented second-reading text amendments to add minimum 25% lot coverage for new buildings in commercial mixed-use districts that implement the Lee Road plan. "So this ordinance sets a minimum of 25% lot coverage for a new building on-site in those ordinance districts," Feinstein said.
Council had no substantive questions about the update and agreed to leave the ordinance on second reading for a public hearing and third reading on April 13. The amendment was described as consistent with the planning commission recommendation and the recently adopted zoning updates for CM1–CM3 districts.
