Board reviews FD local revisions removing "substantial after-school care" requirement for grandparent transfers

Patrick told trustees the superintendent will have authority to waive the requirement for extenuating circumstances. Trustees asked for a printed copy of the FD revisions; staff said they would provide the document and continue the discussion as needed.
