He then moved to approve the attorney employment agreement with Taylor Olson Adkins Sralla & Elam for representation in a vaping-related lawsuit; that motion also passed.
Both motions passed unanimously. The law firms will proceed under the terms presented to the court and report back as required by county procedures.
