Other speakers described community food deliveries and a micro-grant utility program (Nevada Veterans Fund: 527 meals to date, 13 utility shutoff averting grants), Team Red, White & Blue activities to reduce isolation, and a Heroes Cup charity hockey tournament to fund veteran programs. The forum showcased active volunteer recruitment across organizations; attendees were invited to take flyers and connect with groups after the meeting.
