At its May 12 meeting the THDA Board approved the Schedule of Financing for FY 2026–27, elected Stephen Dixon as Vice Chair, approved Emergency Repair and HOME Rental Development program descriptions, approved a Freddie Mac certificate resolution, extended a HOME grant for Clinch Powell, and amended and approved an acquisition cost limit increase.
The Tennessee Housing Development Agency Board took several formal actions at its May 12 meeting in Nashville.
The Board approved the Schedule of Financing for fiscal year 2026–27; elected Stephen Dixon as Vice Chair; approved the 2027 Emergency Repair Program Description and the 2026 HOME Rental Development Program Description; approved a 2026 Resolution for the Freddie Mac Certificate of Incumbency assigning authority by position rather than by name; granted a HOME Homeownership Development 2023 grant extension for Clinch Powell due to Hurricane Helene disaster recovery; and approved an amended Acquisition Cost Limit Increase for Single-Family Programs after removing a clause that would have delegated future adjustment authority to the Executive Director. The Board also approved the March 24, 2026 meeting minutes.
The QAP adoption vote was postponed to the July meeting. Meeting materials and packet memos dated April 27, 2026, and May 4, 2026, were referenced during presentations; no roll-call vote tallies were recorded in the meeting minutes for individual motions.
