Council approved the amendment under suspension of rules so final payments and closeout work can proceed.
Staff noted the Van Aken project received funding through ODOT and FHWA programs and that Shaker's share of construction administration had been previously limited because much of the cost is ODOT‑eligible; council indicated unanimous support for the amendment.
