At the close of the June 8 meeting the council voted to go into executive session to discuss real property matters. The mayor read the purpose: the council would "discuss the purchase, sale, or the development of real property where premature disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining advantage to a person or otherwise adversely affect the general public interest."
A motion to enter executive session was moved by Ms. Dickstein and seconded by Ms. Williams; the clerk called the roll and the vote was recorded in the affirmative for those present. The council then proceeded into executive session. No further public details were disclosed at that time.
