SCUC ISD bond presentation: officials urge Universal City voters to support three propositions

The presenter said the district's facility average age is 27 years and the board called the election after stakeholder review and facility assessments.
"We brought together 75 stakeholders... and that's how we got to the $295,000,000 bond proposal," the presenter said. The school representative emphasized transparency and noted the district's bond website lists each project and description.
