Mayor Robert Geissman reported that the Church Street resurfacing project has begun. Later in the meeting, council discussed a prior motion related to Council Member Miller; Village Solicitor Ted Lesiak stated, "the motion was not legally done which made it null and void." The meeting adjourned after a motion by Miller and a second by DeMell.
