Council approves SEDC project for Stafford Center repairs and upgrades

A motion to approve the resolution creating the SEDC project passed on voice vote. Staff indicated the items were budgeted and that contracting and procurement steps would follow city policy and state procurement rules. The project will be administered by the city with follow-up reporting to SEDC and council.
