Town council tabled Bella Prosper development again; commission updated on council actions

At the March 3 meeting staff summarized actions taken at the Feb. 24 town council meeting. The planning commission was informed that the Bella Prosper planned development has been tabled again, primarily because council members raised concerns about proposed multifamily units.
Staff also reported that council unanimously approved a townhome specific use permit and that Dallas North Tollway development standards were approved. Staff said the Bella Prosper item remains in the queue and that some zoning and ordinance items will likely be rescheduled. The staff update was informational; no commission action was required that evening.
