OVCA board accepts two resignations, renews a member and appoints two replacements; officer elections tabled

The board renewed Philip Grider's Seat B through June 2029, accepted resignations from Seats A and D (Carla Maloy and Dr. Priscilla Griffith), appointed Sylvia Hurst to Seat D and Jennifer Tupper to Seat A, and tabled officer elections until July.
At the June 9 meeting the OVCA board voted unanimously to renew Philip Grider in Seat B for a three‑year term ending June 2029. The board also accepted the resignations of Dr. Priscilla Griffith (Seat D) and Carla Maloy (Seat A), effective June 30, 2026.
Following those resignations the board voted to accept Sylvia Hurst to Seat D for a three‑year term ending June 2029 and to accept Jennifer Tupper to Seat A to complete the term ending June 2027. The board voted to table nomination and election of officers until the July meeting. All votes noted in the minutes were unanimous among board members present.
