The Oklahoma Virtual Charter Academy board unanimously approved a multi-part consent docket during its April 16, 2026 meeting.
Carla Maloy moved to approve the entire consent docket and Dr. Priscilla Griffith seconded. The docket included FY2026 purchase orders #305–318; Activity Fund purchase orders #58–59; a set of change orders that referenced purchase order numbers (including PO #103, 70, 156, 109, 143, 123, 48, 55, 171, 82, 220, 134, 193, 174, 281, 177, 77, 111, 223, 169, 90, & 77); payment of FY26 K12 invoices pending availability of funds; the March Treasurer Report and Activity Fund Report; and staff and vendor contracts affecting SY 26–27 (Hickman Law Group contract, Treasurer David Harp contract, engagement letter for Jenkins & Kemper to prepare 2025–2026 federal and state tax returns, and the encumbrance clerk Rhonda Bellah contract).
The board recorded the motion as passing unanimously. The vote followed procedural review by Treasurer David Harp and administrative staff; no speakers opposed or requested amendments to items on the consent docket.
