The consent docket covered FY26 purchase orders #295–304 and Activity Fund purchase orders #43–57, payment of FY26 K12 invoices pending available funds, the February Treasurer and Activity Fund reports, the FY26 Budget Forecast (previously presented), OVCA fourth-quarter enrollment capacities by grade, authorization for the Head of School to collaborate with Arthur J. Gallagher on SY26–27 insurance renewal, and OVCA state testing site contracts. The board’s approval consolidated routine fiscal and operational items for administrative follow-up rather than separate votes on each entry.
Board members did not record further conditions on the approvals at the meeting. The items approved will be reflected in OVCA’s financial and administrative records for FY26 and the Head of School’s office will proceed with the authorized insurance collaboration and testing-site contract actions.
