At the March 2 meeting the Council completed a set of routine procedural actions. Motions and roll-call results included: excusal of Councilman Earick (motion by Kim Little, seconded by Wynn Kearns; Yeas: 6, Nays: 0), approval of the Feb. 16, 2026 minutes (motion by Kim Little, seconded by Alexander Rocks; Yeas: 6, Nays: 0), and setting the time of adjournment for 8:10 p.m. (motion by Wynn Kearns, seconded by Keith Bacin; Yeas: 6, Nays: 0).
Near the end of the meeting Councilman Keith Bacin moved to adjourn before the appointed hour; Kim Little seconded and the motion carried by roll call (Yeas: 6, Nays: 0). The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 p.m. These procedural votes were unanimous among members present; no contested motions were recorded.
