At 8:13 p.m. a motion by Tony Moore, seconded by Mary Berges, passed 7–0 to enter executive session for the purpose of discussing the purchase and/or sale of real estate; invited participants included Mayor Bryan Jensen, Law Director John Gasior, Safety/Public Service Director Duane Streator, Finance Director Steve Presley and others. The vote was recorded as seven in favor and none opposed.
The Council reconvened at 8:32 p.m. on a motion by Scott Radcliffe, seconded by Tony Moore, passed 7–0. With no further business, Council President Brian Fischer adjourned the work session at 8:33 p.m. No substantive public actions or votes on the real‑estate matter were recorded in the public minutes.
