Council confirms mayor’s department director nominees in voice votes

Each motion was followed by a voice vote and recorded as carried.
Council remarks were congratulatory and brief; one councilmember joked about the parks director bringing "the biggest fan base." No dissenting votes or amendments were recorded in the transcript.
