Council approves 45-day delay on CenterPoint interim rate increase for attorney review

"As you mentioned, CenterPoint is requesting an interim rate increase... the alliance's attorney is reviewing that proposal by CenterPoint and asking for 45 days in order to do so," staff said.
Council moved, seconded and approved the resolution in a voice vote; the clerk recorded the motion as carried. No further action or conditions were attached to the resolution at the meeting.
