School board approves agreements for behavioral, mental‑health and special-education services

Superintendent Willis presented a series of recommended MOUs and contracts and asked the board to approve them. "It's my recommendation that we approve this MOU with the Learning Tree," Willis said when introducing the first item; for each subsequent tab Willis recommended approval and the board moved, seconded and approved the listed contracts by voice vote. The motions were routine and there was no extended debate recorded for these tabs.
The approved contracts are intended to sustain special-education and mental‑health support across the district and to continue mentoring and behavioral supports described in the packet. The board approved personnel and team-contract supplements and moved on to the capital-plan and proposed bid awards later in the meeting.
