Administrator will circulate CIP prioritization list after prior work session

"I'm going to send out a prioritization list for council to prioritize and get back to staff," Steve said; staff will compile the council's ranked priorities and report the results at the next council meeting. No formal action was taken at this meeting beyond the direction to proceed with the prioritization exercise.
