Aaron Appell of Bramhall Engineering and Joe Meno of JFL explained the business is not customer-facing and currently employs 14 people (10 payroll employees and 4 through a staffing agency), projecting up to 20 employees in a five-year plan. Zoning staff (Jill Clements) confirmed land-banked spaces will be recorded so that a future change of occupancy triggering greater parking needs would require installation of the recorded parking before a new occupancy permit is issued. Engineers confirmed stormwater infrastructure was designed under the assumption that land-banked spaces could later be paved.
