The Avon Board of Zoning and Building Appeals voted unanimously Jan. 7 to allow a portion of a driveway and driveway pad to be installed within a drainage easement at 2933 Woodstone Lane, a request presented by Sara Watkins of The Drees Company. The application included a detailed site drawing submitted as Exhibit 1.
Watkins was sworn in and represented Drees Homes during the short presentation; no Board members asked questions before the motion to approve passed. The action was recorded as approval of a variance under C.O.1248.19 (Improvements—Structures and Improvement within Utility Easement or Right-of-Way). The vote was unanimous. The approval included standard conditions that any future site work comply with the engineered drainage and easement protections shown on the submitted plan.
