Planning board approves December minutes and adjourns March 4 meeting

The motion to approve the minutes passed.
Later in the meeting the Board took procedural action on Rezoning Application 26-01 (3709 W. National Rd) by voting to table the item to the April 1, 2026 meeting to give the applicant more time to revise plans. The meeting was adjourned by President Karen Strider-liames at 7:40 P.M., and Stacy Powell, Clerk, attested to the minutes.
