Mayor thanks crews for snow response; Community Center to serve as warming shelter below 20°F

Mayor Ryan Grubbs thanked Andy Seiter, the Streets Department and the Police and Fire Departments for their response to the 12–16 inches of snow that fell the prior week. He told council the Community Center will be available as a warming shelter when outdoor temperatures drop below 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grubbs also said he attended the Greater Harrison Chamber of Commerce State of the Community meeting and the Hamilton County Emergency Management board meeting. The warming shelter threshold and the snow‑response praise were recorded as part of the mayor’s report during the Feb. 3 session.
