Sheila Gibbons of Pine State Spirits reported retail and digital performance metrics to the Commission: Meta impressions of 84.7K for spring content with an engagement rate of 1.4%, 239 link referrals, total social followers of 37,265, and 417 new Maine Spirits app downloads in April (total app downloads 166,949). Pine State also reported six agency store resets with 99 new items added and 71 discontinued items removed.
Calvin Rinck (Lottery) and vendor representatives outlined Tri-State and vendor promotions: a Tri-State Conference June 3–5 at the Spruce Point Inn in Boothbay, upcoming Jurassic Park and Skee-Ball second-chance promotions (including a Jurassic Park drawing scheduled July 22 and a Skee-Ball event Aug. 18–20), and a planned New England Patriots ticket promotion anticipated for August. Scientific Games reported specific system-promotion performance for Gimme 5 and other promotions; Fuseideas presented FY26 Q4 and FY27 Q1 messaging plans and campaign calendars including Millionaire for Life and a Tri-State Megabucks 40th anniversary effort.
Vendors emphasized second-chance mechanics and promotional timing to sustain sales and player engagement; the Commission received the reports and no formal action was taken on promotional plans at the meeting.
