Director Louis Luchini and Deputy Director Michael Boardman reported lottery sales for FY26 through May: Draw sales totaled $79,469,430 (up 27.16% vs FY25), Instant sales totaled $293,050,591 (up 2.32% vs FY25), and combined sales were $389,792,787 (up $21,380,674, +5.80% vs FY25). Fast Play sales were down year‑over‑year ($17,272,766 FY26 vs. $19,498,397 FY25).
The minutes show the May profit transfer to the General Fund at $7,615,760 and a year‑to‑date profit transfer of $76,786,700, which the minutes record as $4,786,700 over budget (+6.65%). The Outdoor Heritage Fund transfer figures were also reported (May actual $62,193; YTD $675,413).
