During the May 26 meeting the Board reviewed firm reporting notifications from RSM US LLP; Strategic Claims Services in connection with BDO USA P.C.; BDO USA P.C.; CohnReznick, LLP; a CAFA Notice Administrator in relation to Ascendant Capital and GPB entities; and PCAOB notices regarding Baker Newman & Noyes, CohnReznick, Macias Gini & O’Connell, and Plante & Moran. The minutes record that, for each notification, “The Board determined that the notification needs no board action.”
After reviewing the notices collectively, Lannie Moffatt moved to accept the reporting notifications and Thomas Cyr seconded. The Board voted 5–0 to accept them as recorded in the draft minutes.
