Maine Board of Accountancy grants two licenses, preliminarily denies two others

The Maine Board of Accountancy voted to grant initial licenses to Edward Alan Shepherd (CP12430) and Byungyoon Heo (CO10944) during its May 26, 2026 meeting. Thomas Cyr moved to grant Shepherd’s license and Lannie Moffatt seconded; the motion passed 5–0.
