City awards up to $200,559 flow‑monitoring contract to AECOM for sewer investigations

The scope includes multi‑year flow monitoring with per‑year costs that range in staff description from about $64,000 in year one to $68,000 in the final year. The Safety & Public Works and Finance committees reviewed and unanimously supported the recommendation; council approved the contract under suspension of the rules.
