Alison Pharr introduced herself at the Jan. 13 meeting as representing Solar United Neighbors and asked to be placed on the next meeting agenda to make a short presentation about federal revenue sharing for solar projects on Bureau of Land Management-managed land.
Pharr made the request during the public comment period and again at the second public-comment slot; the committee agreed to place a short presentation on a future agenda. No presentation occurred on Jan. 13.
