Commission approves prior meeting minutes and receives Office of State Architect reports

Miss Ann requested approval of the minutes of the State Building Commission meeting held on 08/15/2025; the commission moved, seconded and Miss Ann announced unanimous approval. The commission then received reports from the Office of the State Architect covering multiple routine items.
Miss Ann said the Office of the State Architect had approved 13 change orders, one capital improvement project with a total project cost under $100,000, three capital projects with total project costs between $100,000 and $1,000,000, one revision in funding with no change in total budget, eight designer additional services requests submitted by Stream, and the quarterly advisory-board report for the Metro Nashville District Energy System under SBC item 13.01.
