Board approves multiple initial LADC applications, finds several applicants rehabilitated

The Board of Alcohol & Drug Counselors approved several initial licensure applications at its April 17 meeting. The board approved Jennie Armitage, finding she was sufficiently rehabilitated to warrant public trust; Benji Berry, Jessica Cahill and Pamela Cavallaro were similarly approved. Each approval was moved by Laurence Gross and seconded by Lisa Williams; the minutes record 3–0 votes for these actions.
Separately, Tiffany Manson’s application was approved after the board found she met the educational requirements set out in 32 M.R.S. §6214‑D(1)(D)(3). That motion also passed 3–0. The board did not record additional conditions or monitoring for these approvals in the public minutes.
