Staff provided email campaign metrics for May (open rates roughly 44–48% across several campaigns) and told commissioners that new Anthem ID cards reflecting decreased co‑pays and Carrum Health’s customer‑service line will be mailed before July 1, 2026. The office said 2026–2027 plan documents will be posted online prior to the new plan year and that the August State Employee Health Commission meeting is canceled. Commissioners did not take formal action on the outreach items during the session.
