Commission reminded of Health Premium Credit deadline, Teledoc name change and May open enrollment

Staff reported that as of April 3, 2026 there were 5,270 primary subscriber plan members eligible for the 2026 Health Premium Credit Program and reminded members that April 30, 2026 is the deadline to complete program requirements. The presentation noted that Teladoc Health will no longer use the business name Livongo effective April 2026 and the services will be referred to as Teladoc Health Diabetes Management; benefits materials will be updated. Staff also reviewed Constant Contact campaign metrics (example: National Nutrition Month email to 14,177 recipients with a reported 50% open rate). Open Enrollment for active employees is scheduled May 4–15, 2026 through PRISM and staff welcomed a new Benefits Specialist, Cris Hope, who began April 6, 2026.
The Commission did not take formal action but noted the schedule and communications plan for the upcoming enrollment period.
