ComPsych reported year‑over‑year growth in the Living Resources Program for 2025, including a 74% increase in training participation, a 32% increase in unique GuidanceResources Online users, and a 28% increase in total utilization. Overall program engagement in 2025 totaled 4,852 engagements from 813 unique live users and 1,189 unique online users.
Clinical services included 542 counseling cases with 480 unique clients; 33% of counseling was in person and 67% virtual, with an average of 3.5 sessions per client. ComPsych described integrated psychiatric services via Talkiatry, expedited access (appointments in fewer than five days) and CareScout Quality Network offerings to assist with aging‑care placement and preferred pricing.
Commission staff highlighted increases in well‑being coaching and other digital engagement, and recommended continued communications and integration of these resources into new hire and leave materials to raise awareness.
