"At the 2nd meeting on February 19, the committee had a quorum and so it elected the chair, which was Trustee Burns," S2 said. S2 emphasized the committee's review and interview steps but noted that, beyond the executive session discussion, no committee action was recorded. Staff said they expect any formal agreements or purchase-and-development materials to come forward when negotiations are further along.
