Board approves several license applications, preliminarily denies two initial applicants

The Maine Board of Pharmacy voted to approve and issue licensure or renewals for several applicants during its Feb. 5, 2026 virtual meeting. Bradley Hamilton moved to approve Brooke Benoit (PT 60020322); the motion passed with Samantha Emmons, Edward Kane and Timothy McCormack recorded in favor and Abdifatah Ahmed and Nicholas Haar absent.
Timothy McCormack moved to approve Kelly Hudson (PT 60020477); that motion carried with Emmons, Hamilton and Kane in favor. Renewals approved included Lindsay Tyler (PT 60017933) and Carl Boucher (PR5010); Hamilton recused on Carl Boucher’s renewal. The minutes record motions, seconders, and vote tallies for each item.
The board also moved to preliminarily deny initial licensure for Kwaku Boateng (ADV69443) and for Megan Mosier (PT60020302). McCormack moved to preliminarily deny Boateng due to prior discipline by the board; Hamilton moved to preliminarily deny Mosier without offer of a consent agreement pursuant to 5 M.R.S. § 5301 and 5302.
