Eric Norberg moved to approve and issue licensure to Dagmar Lemans, PT60020371; the motion was seconded by Samantha Emmons and carried, with Ahmed, Haar, Hamilton and Kane in favor; McCormack absent.
The Board also handled renewal applications. After an executive-session review under 1 M.R.S. § 405(6)(F), Bradley Hamilton moved to approve and issue licensure to Keeghan E. Cote, PT60018429; the motion was seconded by Abdifatah Ahmed and passed with Emmons, Haar, Kane and Norberg also in favor. By contrast, the Board voted to table the renewal application for Daniel Nadeau II, PT60015750, asking staff to gather further information before the matter returns for consideration.
Minutes from the Board's February 5, 2026 meeting were approved earlier in the session on a motion by Norberg and seconded by Emmons; the recorded vote showed Ahmed, Hamilton and Kane in favor and Haar abstaining. Several licensure votes were conducted after executive sessions invoked pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 405(6)(F) and recorded as confidential by statute under 10 M.R.S. § 8003-B(1).
