Board denies several license applications, preliminarily reinstates one after CE commitment

Grace Joyner's application was preliminarily denied because the applicant did not hold a comparable license in another state; the motion passed 4–1 with one abstention (Holly Cavna); Ellen Grunblatt was not present for that discussion and vote. The board denied Moneke Ingriselli's request to have supervision conducted exclusively virtually, citing Board Rule Chapter 3(4)(1)–(2) which specify terms and requirements for supervision; vote: 6–0.
Conversely, the board agreed to reinstate Mallory Parker's license conditioned on the licensee providing a letter attesting that 23 hours of in-person or live interactive continuing education will be completed within one year and that those courses will not count toward the next renewal. That motion passed 6–0.
