Director announces new board manager hire, FOIA training and legislative watch

Vaillancourt asked members to confirm receipt of the 2026 meeting schedule and to be mindful of availability for those dates. She said a mandated FOIA training will be required of all board members and announced that Mike Tarr has been hired as the Board Manager. She also told the board that the legislative session is returning soon and she will keep the Board Manager informed of any legislative discussions or changes that could affect board operations.
